SHIPPING
By choosing the Royal Mail as our official supplier we hope to deliver your items with the morning or second post,
however we can not be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit. All packages are sent recorded delivery to ensure their speedy and safe arrival. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in this catalogue are always in supply occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock, sold out or waiting for launch dates. If there is any problem fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately.
Any UK Mainland orders under 1kg in weight will be subject to a minimum shipping/handling charge of £4.75. For all orders over .5kg we will charge the current Royal mail Parcel postage rates appropriate to the weight of the parcel. Ultimate Soccer will deliver carriage paid to Mainland England , Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands , Northern Ireland , Isle of Man , Scilly Isles and the Isle of Wight you will be quoted a shipping price when ordering online. Please note that for heavy bulky items over 30kg or multiple orders an extra charge may be made for delivery. You will be e-mailed with the relevant shipping charges and the goods will not be dispatched until after you have approved the quotation. While delivery times may vary, goods will normally be delivered within 5 working days. Please note that the couriers and delivery services tend to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order. For the delivery of large items every effort will be made to arrange a convenient delivery time.
